Affiliate & Referral Program Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Keys & Numbers(“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or entity accepting it electronically (“Affiliate”, “you”), governing your participation in the Keys & Numbers Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By signing or otherwise accepting this Agreement electronically through your partner portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement as of the date and time recorded at acceptance.

1. Program Overview

This Agreement governs your participation in the Keys & Numbers Affiliate Program. You refer prospective buyers (“Referrals”); when a Referral completes a qualifying transaction, you earn a commission as set out below. No real estate licence is required, and you may submit Referrals immediately — identity and bank verification is required only before your first payout.

2. Referral Qualification & Commission

Net Agent Commission is the commission Keys & Numbers actually receives after VAT and platform fees. Your portal shows the base, rate, and payout for every deal.

3. Commission Scope

Property commission applies to your Referral’s first completed purchase. Service commission applies to every eligible service booked, for the lifetime of the client relationship. Once confirmed against a closed deal, figures are locked.

4. Attribution & Tracking

Your link carries a 30-day tracking cookie; signups within that window are permanently attributed to you. First valid attribution wins on duplicate referrals, visible in your portal.

5. Your Role

You make the introduction only. Keys & Numbers handles all calls, viewings, contracts, and after-sales support.

6. Payment Terms

Paid within 30 days of Keys & Numbers receiving the commission, subject to identity/bank verification. Methods: bank transfer, physical cheque, or other online transfer. Every payment appears on your Commission Statement.

7. Bank Details & Payout Method

You do not need to provide bank details now. Add them any time before your first payout is due, or choose to receive payout by physical cheque delivered to an address you provide.

8. Fees, Minimums & Exclusivity

No joining fee, no minimum volume, no exclusivity. Pause anytime.

9. Confidentiality & Data

As part of onboarding, you will be asked to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement. You agree not to disclose client information, deal terms, or proprietary program materials to third parties except as required to make a permitted referral. Client information submitted through your Referral is shared with Keys & Numbers Properties and its verified partner brokerages solely to process the Referral.

10. Existing Client Relationships

You may refer clients you already advise while keeping your existing relationship with them; Keys & Numbers manages the Dubai-side transaction.

11. Term & Versioning

Either party may terminate at any time; commissions already earned remain payable. Updated terms will be notified to you in the portal announcement section — your continued participation after a new version is posted constitutes agreement to it.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
