Before we make first contact with your referral, submit a short Client Search Profile through your portal.

Share key details such as:

A complete Client Search Profile qualifies for the 25% referral rate.

A name and phone number alone is treated as a basic handoff and qualifies for the 10% rate.

Net agent commission is the commission actually received from the transaction after VAT and applicable portal or platform fees.

Your affiliate percentage is calculated on this amount.

For every commission, your portal shows the commission base, applicable rate and your final payout, so you always know exactly how your earnings were calculated.

For property transactions, the commission applies to your client's first completed purchase through us.

For services, you earn service commission on every eligible service your referred client books for the lifetime of the client relationship.

Your affiliate link uses a 30-day tracking cookie.

If the visitor signs up within those 30 days, the referral is permanently attributed to you.

Even after the cookie expires, eligible future bookings by that client continue to count towards your affiliate relationship.

Affiliate commissions are paid within 30 days of us receiving the applicable commission, subject to verification of your identity and bank details.
