No listing on this Website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed until the relevant formal transaction documents — for example, Form F, a sale and purchase agreement, or a tenancy contract — are signed by the parties in accordance with RERA/DLD requirements.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to any RERA dispute-resolution mechanism that may apply to a specific transaction.
