Produce cinematic video walkthroughs, agent-led video presentations, and short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Edit, color-grade, and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects). Manage equipment setup, lighting, audio recording, and on-site production logistics efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams and estate agents to align media outputs with brand standards and campaign deadlines.

HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

Full-time · Dubai — Source candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and professional networks. Build a consistent pipeline rather than rely solely on incoming applications. Assess candidates’ closing history, market knowledge, communication, motivation and suitability for our salary and commission packages.
