What "Buyer-Fee-Free" Actually Means
A small number of properties carry a seller-sponsored buyer brokerage fee. Here is what that does and does not mean.

On selected properties, the buyer brokerage fee is commercially paid or sponsored by the seller, subject to the applicable brokerage agreement and transaction terms.
This does not mean the transaction has no costs at all — standard registration and, where applicable, mortgage-related fees still apply.
Always ask your advisor to confirm, in writing, exactly which fees are and are not covered before making an offer.
